Customer Satisfaction Policy

We don’t like poor quality or damaged goods spoiling your message of love.

24HRSZENELIFLOWERS takes considerable care in forging relationships with reputable florists in your local area. Those Florists, in turn, have high professional standards and take considerable pride in the arrangements that they send to your colleagues and loved ones. The flowers they use are fresh and stored under refrigeration to ensure their longevity on your table.

We stand by every bouquet sold. If the delivered flowers are damaged, wilted or in any other way substandard, then 24HRSZENELIFLOWERS will replace those flowers with an equivalent or better arrangement.

So that we can properly address your concerns about the flowers or gifts we have delivered for you, please email us a photo of the product to within 24 hours of it being received.
